Isabelle is a Human Performance expert with over 25 years’ experience including more than 10 years executive search in Asia and 15 years of Business Management Consulting experience. With an expertise in assessing local talents who would fit in multicultural environments, Isabelle has built strong and sustainable Leadership teams in ASIA for her clients. Prior to co-founding Timeo-Performance in 2008, Isabelle led projects as a Business Management consultant within leading consulting firms.

Fabien Mailhe
Managing Director,
Business & HR Performance

Fabien is an expert in Business Management Consulting, Human Performance and Change Management. He brings over 20 years experience managing complex business consulting projects in a multicultural environment with 10 years spent rolling out projects in Asia Pacific. Prior to co-founding Timeo-Performance in 2008 and Akteos Asia (intercultural management specialist) in 2014 Fabien spent a decade at a top US Consulting firm in People Performance and Change Management where he was ranked among the top People Developer Leaders (Top 10%). Fabien is an ICF (International Coaching Federation) trained coach.

Alex is a learning and development expert, with professional experience in leading MNC’s across Europe and Asia. In his capacity as trainer and coach, Alex has worked with some of the world’s most successful companies including Apple, Samsung and Nokia. Alex is a NLP Practitioner, accredited performance coach from the ICF (International Coach Federation).

Anne-Sophie Foster

Anne-Sophie is a team leader with experience across various industries in both large MNCs and small companies. She specialises in helping companies develop their business, building partnerships and rolling out projects from inception to delivery (conception, production, marketing, sales). Anne-Sophie is the Managing Director of Timeo-Performance Hong Kong and manages the operations for North Asia.

    Eric Tan

Eric is a seasoned recruiter with around 10 years of recruiting experience covering corporate function roles across various industries. Eric made his foray into the industry beginning with two of the world’s largest recruitment companies in the initial years of his career. More recently, he has explored a couple of established boutiques. He is a steadfast individual and has played an important role in building high-performing teams over the years.
