Top Reads Of The Week: Stop, Drop And Listen!

Silence.
It is one of the most important things that I’ve learned in recent years, especially when I put into practice my coaching skills both as a professional, as well as in my daily activities. The Power Of Listening | William Ury | TEDxSanDiegoFor this week’s bonus, I would like to share an amazing and insightful talk with you. One that touches on the importance of listening and how we can go about learning what a person is trying to convey to us on a deeper level. In other words, genuine listening. So I hope this video benefits you in exploring the power of listening. Remember, in genuine listening, we listen to more than just what’s being said but what is not said. We listen to not only the words but what’s hidden behind those words.
